  • Payment Data: Transaction details (we do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled by our payment processor, Wix Payment).

  • Communication: Any notes you leave in the booking form or messages sent via WhatsApp/Email.

2. Why We Need Your Data

 

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  1. Contractual Necessity: To manage your booking and show up at your location.

  2. Legitimate Interest: To send you appointment reminders via SMS or email.

  3. Legal Obligation: To keep records for tax purposes (e.g., invoices).

  4. Consent: If you sign up for a newsletter or allow us to use "Before & After" photos on social media.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted partners that help us run the business:

Booking System: Wix Booking to manage the schedule.

Payment Providers: Wix Payment to process your payment securely.

Web Hosting: Our website provider (Wix) keeps the site running.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Service Records: We keep your contact info as long as you are an active customer.

  • Financial Records: We are legally required by Dutch tax law to keep invoices and payment data for 7 years.

  • Photos: Marketing photos are kept until you ask us to remove them.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: Ask for a copy of the data we have on you.

  • Correction: Ask us to fix incorrect information (like a new phone number).

  • Erasure: Ask us to delete your data (the "Right to be Forgotten"), provided we don't need it for legal/tax reasons.

6. Security

  • We take security seriously. We use secure booking platforms, SSL encryption on our website, and ensure our mobile devices (used for Tikkie/PIN) are password-protected and encrypted.
